POOL MAINTENANCE

Complete cleaning and maintenance service for residential swimming pools, including vacation pools, is provided on a weekly basis. (See our Pool Service Benefits page for more on why you may need a swimming pool service.) We service Wesley Chapel, Lutz, New Tampa, Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes.

Our excellent, dependable and thorough Residential Pool Services includes:

  1. Emptying your baskets
  2. Cleaning Tile
  3. Skimming the pool by net
  4. Checking the operation of your equipment
  5. Vacuuming and back washing
  6. Checking your automatic cleaning system if applicable
  7. Testing chemical levels
  8. Balancing the chemicals-adding what is needed
  9. Brushing the sides and steps of the pool
  10. Blowing off pool deck when needed
  11. Making sure your gate is secured
  12. Sending you a weekly email, including what services were performed along with a picture of your pool during our service visit, this is especially nice for those who own a vacation or rental home !

Our two types of Residential Pool Service include:
FULL WEEKLY SERVICE (includes all services above)
$120.00 per month*

CHEMICAL/BASIC WEEKLY SERVICE (includes water analysis, basic chemical treatment, emptying of all baskets, backwash and weekly email)
$65.00 per month (covered)
$75.00 per month (uncovered)

* Prices vary due to size of pool and vegetation surrounding it. Chemicals included in Full Weekly Service are all basic chemicals. Stain removal treatment and water pollutent removal – aka Phosphates will be charged extra when needed.
